hey guys
first of all, Happy Eid to every one reading my whispers and I hope you all enjoy a great time with your family today.
well, the reason I'm writing is that I tonight, due to the 2 day holiday, I didn't have to work at all so what I did was answer mails I'd received while listening to music, then I went on to play some video game on my PSP, I'd really missed playing games
last but not least, I watched a great movie (at least in my opinion) Grown Ups
this movie stars Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, Rob Schneider, which are the funniest comedians...
in fact I was kinda surprised seeing all these together in one film, so I knew I'd love the movie from the first minute and as expected, Great!
one of the funnest movies i've seen, although the quality wasn't the best. the movie was good enough to watch and enjoy and laugh out loud...
I loved the jokes and storyline and it didn't make me bored like some trash...
the story is a reunion of 5 childhood friends who get together after long, long years with their families this time...
so now if you want a good laugh, watch this baby :)
we were at an Eftar party tonight held by a relative
we don't visit so often, perhaps once a year!
unlike always, I liked to go, so I did and now I don't regret it (unlike always)
I liked it mainly coz I got to have a chat with boys who I used to play all the time in the streets with
well my dad was so strict about my playing with the kids of the relatives! I wasn't allowed to hang out with them so often, but those few times were sweet enough to remember and talk about
what brought it up was the new born baby of one of them
I was like "God! is he really old enough to have a baby?!"
many of my playmates have either gotten married or already divorced!
some of them happily, the others just did
I'm not saying whether or not they've done the right thing but damn right everybody has grown up now. I was talking to Khadem, he is a great guy, a few years older than me but since we share some hobbies, we grab every chance to have a chat. as I was saying, I was talking to him when he would go like "my daughter..."
I was like mannnnnnnnn, "Man, YOU got a DAUGHTER!..."
we're not kids anymore is what I believe now
good old days!, we used to play football and all other kinds of games not worrying about nothing in life.... just passed too darn quickly!
the world has always been a game, the game of a kid wishing to grow up so fast to join the rest of the world and a grown up wishing his childhood back!
Man we're no longer kids!!
here's what you've gotta do not to get fired:
for starters, you've got to be so contented:
Your employee has done you a favor to hire you and certainly you're
paid so high, and that's why never argue with him/her. oh, btw, always
be grateful for his kindness.
second, say nice things about your boss, working conscientiously
hasn't done anybody any good anywhere. so stop trying to be good at
your job (you're boss isn't there to see it anyways ) and open up a
dictionary and learn some nice words. a thesaurus can
definitely help. to perform the ritual of using the words, you are
required to have a flexible body.
third, you've got to stop dreaming about the future and stick to what you're doing.
because if you do, you might hurt your boss's feeling and you don't
wanna do that! as a loyal employee, you gotta sacrifice your future and
needs for your boss and that's all, I don't hear! don't think about it
forth, don't ever ever ever be ambitious coz ambition will put
your beloved job in jeopardy. but if, by mistake you, and
unintentionally consider these points:
let's say you teach something and you develop your own method of
teaching it, avoid any similarities with other methods, your present
employee's, in particular. either change the grammar or the language.
last but not least, whatever you wanna do like working with
other companies or institutions, get Permission from your boss. don't
do anything without their permission.
if you do all these things, I guarantee you will have your job forever.
I didn't obey these rules and I got punished!
I'm a bad boy and I must have done all those things mentioned above, I wish I knew them earlier and now that you do, obey them
Hey everyone!
what's up?
we just moved houses last night, I hate this part of life!
I hate moving coz you've got to restart almost everything you'd been trying to get used to for the last couple of months!
worst of all, the internet and the process you've got to go through all over again
but I'm kinda happy, though!
I loathed our neighborhood!
and, oh, while I was emptying the aquas, I felt sick and this was the worst part, having no energy and having to move all the stuff but luckily there were lots of guys to help out with moving so I didn't have to work a lot
I still feel bad!
Hey
I was just checking the comments when I came across a quite surprising (or rather confusing) comment
apparently there are two "Setare" following the web log and I have seemingly confused one for the other!
so please everyone, use your Family name or Initials while commenting to avoid any form of confusion
Hey peopleeeeeee!
what's happenin' everyone?
what great drizzle today evenin'!
I just loved the weather today, the weather early in the mornin' and evening is perfectly suitable for a long long walk somewhere full of green and full of trees so you can enjoy the smell of wet soil, trees and leaves....
I walked for, like, 4
hours today from this street to that street looking for an Institute to
rent a class for a new class I'm planning to start, you might ask
yourself"why would you walk?! for future references, God has created the Telephone"
simply because this is Iran and nothing works like it's supposed to, I got a paper today hoping to find some ad or stuff but to my complete surprise, NOTHING...
FYI, last night, I looked up almost any web site that has listed the institutes in Tehran and got many outdated results. I called almost 30 different places just one was right!
others had either moved or changed phone numbers.
I was just angry and frustrated which was intensified thanks to the things happened today, but things are OK, now owing to the great weather this evening
I guess I was just waiting for an excuse to feel good again!
be good
Hi
long time, eh?
I'm doin' alright
The family's on a trip to Shiraz and I'm home
did all the work and got free time, so here I am
first of all, I wanna congratulate Mr. Kalami on his newly made web log
second, Mrs. S G asked me if I remembered her and their class and to answer I've got to say I never forget my students and classes, and "I hope You, mister hubby and your precious son are all OK"
few days back, Guys and I went to Darband and we had a great time in spite of the hot weather of Tehran
here's a picture I like from that day
this was on the way up and there was no preparation whatsoever to take it, it all took less than 5 sec.
